Introduction of ESP-G90 non-contact γ level gauge:
Non-contact material level meter measures the ash level by detecting trace natural gamma rays in fly ash, which provides material level reference for production process. This type of material level meter can realize real non-contact measurement, and has obvious advantages such as simple installation, reliable operation and no false alarm. In order to cope with the complex and harsh production environment on site, the signal output is provided to customers for high integration and secondary development.
Second, ESP-G90 non-contact γ level gauge technical specifications:
1. Inch: φ93×380(mm);
2. Net weight: 5.5kg(304 stainless steel shell, optional aluminum shell weighs about 4Kg);
3. Power supply: AC100/220V and DC DC24V (one of the two options);

Iii. Installation of ESP-G90 non-contact γ level gauge:
This product is a non-contact level gauge. When installing, you only need to use the clamps and screws attached with the product to install it on the level gauge mounting bracket of the container (ash hopper or silo pump), as shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2. For ash hopper, it is generally only necessary to install an upper limit level gauge. Note: The installation bracket (angle iron) needs to be made, punched and installed by users themselves; After the level gauge is fixed, its end is about 5-10 cm away from the container wall. See the engineering drawing of the accessory mounting bracket for the dimensions of the supporting angle iron.
