1. Product Introduction
The DCP-106 is a handheld particle counter launched by Wanyi Technology in compliance with ISO 21501. Equipped with a built-in 2.83L sampling system, it is a handheld multi-channel particle counter based on laser scattering principle, capable of accurately measuring six industry-standard particle sizes: 0.3μm, 0.5μm, 1μm, 3μm, 5μm, and 10μm.
Featuring a large screen display and three-button operation, it offers simple and efficient usability, enabling rapid detection in various scenarios. The built-in high-performance lithium battery supports continuous operation for over 6 hours, while the 512MB internal storage provides a theoretical data capacity of no less than 7,000,000 records. Monitoring data can be viewed in real-time on the screen or exported via a Type-C port to a computer for comprehensive analysis.
The DCP-106 series particle counter boasts higher measurement accuracy and particle size resolution, along with enhanced resistance to humidity interference. It utilizes industrial-grade lasers and photosensitive components, combined with light-scattering particulate monitoring technology, meticulously calibrated optical and airflow structures, as well as a new generation of high-frequency weak-signal processing circuits and high-precision particle identification algorithms, ensuring more accurate measurement of particle concentrations in environments with stringent cleanliness requirements.

2. Working Principle of DCP-106 Particle Counter
Based on the principle of single-particle laser scattering, through precise optical design and the gas path designed according to the principles of fluid mechanics, the particles in the sampled air pass through the beam in sequence with a high probability, generating weak scattered light. Through precise optical signal collection devices, scattered light is collected and projected onto highly sensitive and high-bandwidth photodetectors. By identifying and analyzing the scattered pulses of each particle, the corresponding signal intensity of each particle is obtained. The particle size of each particle is obtained through the calibration program; The number of particles was obtained through conversion and aerodynamic calibration.
