1.Overview
ONETEST-039 is a multi-channel particle counting sensor based on the principle of laser scattering, which can accurately measure 6 particle sizes including 0.3μm, 0.5μm, 1μm, 3μm, 5μm and 10μm in the industry. Through the standard RS485 interface and Modbus-RTU protocol, data is transmitted in real-time to various intelligent terminals, reducing human participation and achieving unmanned intelligent monitoring. Realize continuous real-time monitoring for 7*24 hours in various dust-free situations, reduce risks and costs.
ONETEST-039  has higher measurement accuracy and particle size resolution, and has stronger ability to resist the influence of humidity. ONETEST-039 Particle counter sensor adopts industrial laser and photosensitive component, combined with the latest generation of light scattering particle monitoring technology of KNF, carefully tuned optical and gas circuit structures, as well as a new generation of high-frequency weak signal processing circuits and high-precision particle recognition algorithms, to more accurately measure a variety of environmental particle concentration with cleanliness requirements.
