1. Product introduction
    OZONE-300/300L Ultraviolet ozone analyzer is based on Lambert-Beer GB/T 37894-2019 Technical Requirements for Ozone Generator for Water Treatment, GB/T 37397-2019 Ozone Calibration Analyzer, People's Republic of China (PRC) National Environmental Standard Determination of Ambient Air Ozone-Ultraviolet Photometry, and Ozone Generator for Water Treatment of Ministry of Construction of People's Republic of China.


      By measuring the change of optical signal intensity before and after ozone absorbs ultraviolet light, the current ozone concentration value can be calculated. The equipment uses an advanced dual-path ultraviolet light source system, which is equipped with an intelligent tube management system. After starting, the ultraviolet tube can quickly reach the measurement state. With the foreign separated cell technology, the equipment has the characteristics of no leakage, high pressure resistance, resistance to the impact of large-flow sampling gas, easy cleaning, convenient maintenance, simple operation and low use cost.

 

    It is mainly used to continuously detect ozone gas in various industrial environments, and can also be used to detect ozone gas in running pipelines, containers and other environments. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, municipal sewage treatment and other industries to measure the outlet concentration and output of ozone generator.

1.Test method: double light path ultraviolet absorption method, long life light source system, high measurement accuracy.
2.Measurement principle: According to Lambert-Beer law, accurate measurement is made by photometric absorption principle.
3.Light source system: foreign long-life ultraviolet light source system (wavelength 253.7nm), with free warranty for 3 years.
4.Usage: indoor installation and use, equipped with power supply and signal terminal.
5.Light cell system: separated light cell technology, no leakage, high pressure resistance and resistance to the impact of large flow sampling gas.
